Note:In the case where the recipient is not present at the address given, a relocation fee of S$15 will be charged for re-delivery.

Clients must provide Gem Flora with the recipient's telephone number to confirm that the recipient is at the address given to receive the item(s).

Order Cancellation

Order cancellations MUST be made minimum 3 Days in advance before date of delivery.

A 10% admin charge will be levied for cancellations. If the cancellation is made less than 3 days notice, a 50% charge will be levied for cancellations.

Non-delivery due to incorrect details will be treated as order withheld and no refund will be made. However, Gem Flora will contact you to make an alternative arrangement.

Item Replacement

Gem Flora reserves the right to replace any item in an arrangement with another of equal or higher value depending on stock availability or the freshness of the flowers.

Gem Flora aspires to provide your order as displayed on the website, certain accessories are simply for enhancement of the pictures and will be sold separately.

Please contact Gem Flora if you wish to purchase or include them in your order.

Changing of Particulars

Changes to particulars such as address, card message and other details must be made at least 1 day before delivery.
